Nigeria: Question Mark Over Jonathan's Ministerial List

When the last federal cabinet was finally dissolved on Monday, May 30, 2011, President Goodluck Jonathan assured that some of the outgoing ministers would be re-appointed to office. The reason as he explained was because of his belief that frequent changes do not allow for continuity in policy implementation as well as stability in government.
